SUMMARY

Small groups (4 people max) will enable our Physios to supervise individualised programs within the class.

Classes are suitable for any age and activity level. We especially encourage over-50's to consider these classes.

Classes are run in 6-week blocks, with assessment both before and after to track progress.

HIP and KNEE ARTHRITIS MANAGEMENT
Evidenced based exercises to strengthen hips, knees and core to better manage pain and improve function of

arthritic hip and knee joints.

HEALTHY LIVING & AGING - STRENGTH and FUNCTION 
Evidenced based exercises to improve overall strength, everyday function, bone health, joint health,

muscular health, posture and pain levels.

HEALTHY LIVING & AGING - STRENGTH and BALANCE
Evidenced based exercises to build muscle strength, improve pain levels, improve balance, coordination

and reaction time, to help maintain confidence for everyday tasks.

HYDROTHERAPY
Supervised hydrotherapy classes targeted at a range of conditions including pain management, post-surgical

rehabilitation, mobility improvement, balance and strengthening.

The Physiotherapist will conduct the classes in the pool.  

Our classes will be based at PRO-Swim on Marion Road, only a few hundred metres from the clinic.

TO BOOK A CLASS

Call the clinic on 8297 6533 to organise an appointment for a pre-class assessment with any physio.

The physio will establish a physical baseline and relevant exercises and goals for your recommended class.
