COVID-19 PROTOCOL

We want to assure you that we remain stringent with our safety protocol and COVID-19 management plan as South Australia progresses through this current re-opening transition in 2022. We are following all of the allied-health precautions necessary to allow us to continue to provide our valuable services, and to keep our patients, the wider community, and ourselves safe.
We require you to reschedule an appointment if you have had COVID-19 or unwell symptoms in the past 1 week or have had contact with a positive COVID-19 case in the last 1 weeks.
We are continually monitoring Government and APA advice and we will update you accordingly if any changes are required the clinic.
Following is our ongoing protocol to address the risks of COVID-19 within the clinic;
placing sanitising hand gels at the reception desk, and we are expecting all staff and visitors to sanitise hands on arrival and departure
sanitiser placed outside the entrance door for use into and out of the clinic
sanitisation of treatment beds and rooms between each patient
spacing of chairs in the waiting room to over 1.5 metres apart, and allowing people to wait outside if they are more comfortable
removal of magazines and newspapers from the waiting room
all staff thoroughly washing/sanitising their hands between each patient as per normal protocol at our clinic
increased cleaning and sanitising protocols for all equipment, bench surfaces, chairs and door handles
linen material still removed from bedsore the time being, patients are encouraged to bring their own towel to lie on
